About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive / Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to real-world financial management and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
• Handle general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations
• Prepare basic financial reports and statements
• Ensure timely GST filing, TDS compliance, and maintenance of statutory records
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory remittances
• Manage PF and ESI filings and related compliance activities
• Support audits and internal financial reviews
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per company and statutory requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Mandatory knowledge or hands-on experience in GST and TDS
• Familiarity with PF and ESI compliance processes
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements
