Job Description

As an Accounts Executive/Accountant in the real estate industry, your role will involve managing the financial operations of the company with a keen eye for detail. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, monitor project finances, manage client/vendor accounts, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and vouchers in adherence to accounting standards. - Monitor cash flow, project expenses, and keep records of advances given/received. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements and filings. - Coordinate with banks for loans, project funding, and account reconciliation. - Assist management with budgeting, financial projections, and MIS reporting. - Handle accounting documentation related to RERA compliance if applicable. - Engage with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com / CA Inter preferred). - Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction. - Proficiency in Tally/ERP accounting software and MS Excel. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA norms, and other compliance requirements. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
