Accounts Executive / Accountant Real Estate

As an Accounts Executive / Accountant in the real estate industry, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. Your attention to detail and experience in accounting will be essential in ensuring the smooth financial functioning of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards, including ledgers, journals, and vouchers. - Monitor cash flow, project expenses, and keep records of advances given/received. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with banks for loans, project funding, and account reconciliation. - Assist management with budgeting, financial projections, and MIS reporting. - Handle accounting documentation related to RERA compliance, if applicable. - Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when necessary. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com / CA Inter preferred). - 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in real estate or construction industry. - Proficiency in Tally / ERP accounting software and MS Excel. - Good understanding of GST, TDS, RERA norms, and other compliance requirements. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
