Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance and administration team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with monthly reporting to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and ledgers.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Maintain petty cash and reconcile daily/weekly cash flow.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• Prepare purchase orders, bills, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper filing of financial records.
• Support the finance team in audits and compliance-related tasks.
• Assist with payroll data preparation, staff expense claims, and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial clarity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with strong skills may apply).
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management or project accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
