Job Description

Responsibilities Accounts payable and receivable: Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and manage customer accounts.  Bookkeeping and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and financial files.  Bank reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.  Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and other management reports.  Administrative support: Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.  Compliance: Ensure all financial transactions and records comply with company policies and accounting standards.  Payroll support: Assist with payroll processing by verifying hours and other related information.  Skills and qualifications B.Com Graduate Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and standards. Experience with bookkeeping and handling financial records is often required.
