Job Description For Account Cum Billing Assistant.

• Job Opening : Account Assistant.
• Education : B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA in Finance or Any Graduate.
• Experience : 1 - 5 Years. ( Freshers are also apply if having expertise in Advance Excel)
• Location : Mansi Cross road, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad - 380015.

Job Role :

• Managed multi-infrastructure project billing using MS Excel, customizing formats—such as stage-wise, manpower-based, and progress-based reporting—to meet specific client requirements.
• Prepare and submit different types of bills, including RA Bills, interim bills, final bills, and running bills, according to project contracts and client requirements in Excel.
• Ensure all billing processes adhere to company policies and specific contractual terms with clients like GIDC, GUDC, GWSSB, GUDM, and GGL.
• Executed comprehensive entries in Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables, while ensuring full compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
• Drafted formal covering letters and managed all professional correspondence to follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing queries.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all billing activities, payments, and communications.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and the finance department to ensure that all project progress is accurately reflected in billing cycles.

Additional Preferences:

• Advance Excel (Pivot Table/ Hlookup/ Vlookup etc.)
• Candidates residing nearby Vastrapur location will be given preference.
• Immediate Joiners highly preferred.
