Accounts Administrator

Job Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to manage client communication, and accounting entries in Tally. Would also involve maintaining dispatch records, ensuring timely client updates, and keeping accounting entries up-to-date for purchases, payments, and sales transactions. Key Responsibilities: Regular follow-up with clients for payment dues. Share sales ledger balances via Mail and WhatsApp. Send debit notes and related documents via email. Accounts & Tally Entries Maintain daily payment updates in Tally. Handle purchase entries and Purchase GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) in Tally. Create debit notes and ensure proper documentation. Assist in creating and maintaining sales entries and relevant documentation. Documentation & Filing Systematic filing of sales, purchase, replacement, and security cheque documents. Deposit cheques in banks and maintain tracking logs. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of ledger accounts. Dispatch Coordination & Tracking Send dispatch details to clients via WhatsApp and Email daily. Maintain and track all dispatch records using Tally and Excel/Google Sheets. Coordinate material pickup from customers and track shipments. Handle Invoice vs LR tracking and enter LR details in Tally daily for both sales and replacements. Book Porter services as per dispatch requirements. Follow up on material not dispatched by the next morning. Client Communication Send client-specific EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) via WhatsApp. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts. Knowledge of Tally ERP (preferred Tally Prime), MS Excel, Google Sheets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Knowledge of logistics and basic accounting processes. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Accounting
