Position: Senior Admin & Accounts Coordinator Location: Chennai (with Travel across South India as required) Company: Pronto Franchising Pvt Ltd Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and confident Senior Admin & Accounts Coordinator to oversee our multi-location administrative and accounting operations. This is a leadership role requiring expertise in Tally , tax filings across multiple states, and the ability to coordinate across teams and external stakeholders. The role involves travel for store audits and relationship management with landlords and malls . Two accountants will report to this individual. Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Administrative Oversight: Supervise and manage a team of two accountants , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely task completion. Drive compliance and process adherence across all stores and ensure administrative control over daily operations. Communicate firmly and effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across India. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management, and property owners regarding lease agreements, escalations, and operational matters. 2. Accounting & Statutory Compliance: Full mastery over Tally software – entries, reconciliations, ledgers, and generating financial reports. Oversee and ensure timely GST filing across locations. Manage Professional Tax filings for Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana . Handle TDS filings and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Monitor cash flows, ensure proper expense documentation, and support the finance team during audits. 3. Store Audits & Operational Control: Conduct periodic audits across stores to ensure financial and operational processes are followed. Travel to store locations across South India as required for audits, issue resolution, or property-related matters. Ensure stock control, invoicing discipline, and petty cash management at the store level. Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements. 4. Stakeholder & Property Relations: Serve as the point of contact for landlord and mall representatives , addressing rental, operational, and maintenance concerns. Negotiate terms, renewals, and resolve disputes with property stakeholders. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Admin & Accounts , with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Complete working knowledge of Tally ERP (mandatory). Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings across multiple states. Strong communication and assertive leadership skills – capable of commanding teams across states . Problem-solver with the willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, and other locations as required. Ability to manage property-related discussions with landlords, mall management, and external stakeholders. Multilingual skills (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi) are an advantage but not compulsory. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and skill set.
