Accounting & Taxation Internship in Thane

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Ensure timely calculation and monthly payment of TDS under relevant sections of the Income Tax Act. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns such as Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, etc., and reconcile challans with deductions. Handle client queries related to TDS applicability, deduction rates, and compliance issues. Resolve TDS-related demands and defaults by filing correction returns and responding to notices on TRACES. Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, and companies with accuracy. Assist in conducting tax audits, compiling financial data, and preparing audit reports as per Form 3CD. Calculate advance tax liabilities and ensure timely payment as per applicable schedules. Operate and manage government portals like TRACES and the Income Tax e-filing portal, effectively.
