Accounting & HR Executive

As our Accounts & HR Executive at Daily Bowl, you will play a pivotal role in managing both financial and human resources responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing daily accounting operations for our F&B business, ensuring compliance with regulations and taxation - Utilising Tally for financial record-keeping, ledger management, and reporting - Handling expense management, documentation, and adherence to budgets - Conducting regular bank reconciliations for accurate financial records - Generating MIS reports for financial decision-making In terms of HR responsibilities, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring adherence to all HR compliances and regulations - Leading talent acquisition efforts, from identifying suitable candidates to conducting HR interviews - Conducting engaging induction programs for new joiners - Organising culture-building activities for team cohesion - Addressing employee queries and grievances - Assisting with performance appraisal processes and documentation - Implementing and ensuring adherence to company HR policies - Maintaining accurate and organised HR records Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience in accounts management within the F&B industry - Expertise in using Tally - Strong understanding of HR compliance - Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive problem-solver mindset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are ready to make a significant impact at Daily Bowl and grow with us, apply today!,
