Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support, managing phone communications, and handling clerical tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and informed throughout their interactions.
  • Accurately record call details and account interactions in the system.
  • Assisting in executive administrative duties.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills

    (Punjabi speaking is a must).

  • Prior experience in administrative assistance or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office Suite

    (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Comfortable working

    night shifts (9 PM 6 AM)

    aligned with Canadian clients.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification (Diploma in Administration/Secretarial Studies is a plus)
