Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Help monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems).
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
  • Support finance team in preparing management reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, including process automation or cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
