Job Responsibilities:

Accounting:

• Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in annual audits.
• Bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

Administration:

• Maintain office records and documentation.
• Assist in HR-related activities (attendance, leave management, employee records).
• Handle vendor management, office supplies, and administrative support.
• Draft and manage official correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support management in day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
• Proven experience in accounting and administration (1–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
