We need a detail-oriented Computer Operator to ensure smooth functioning of our systems, manage data, troubleshoot basics, and support users. You'll work closely with the IT team to maintain efficiency and security.
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience.
2. Good Command on Excel , mail drafting
3. Payment follow up
4. Excellent communication in English
5. Strong interpersonal and networking skills
6. Work from Office Timing - 10am-7pm
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and operate computer systems, servers, and networks.
2. Data entry, updates, and generating reports with accuracy.
3. Basic troubleshooting of hardware/software issues (printers, scanners, etc.).
4. Provide user support, guide on software usage, and escalate complex issues.
5. Perform backups, updates, and routine checks; ensure data security.
6. Maintain equipment, manage access controls, and follow IT policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
