Accountant/Administrator

Job : Full time Salary : 15,000-25,000 Benefits : Performance bonus, Festival Bonus, Travel Allowance, insurance Location : Calicut (Kerala) · Attend Customer, Client, Architects visiting showroom. · Prepare estimations, including material, labor, and installation costs. · File the proposal, sales order, work order, site measurements, etc · Recording of purchases, expenses and related entries. · Generate sales invoices, e invoices and e way bills. · File GST and coordinate with tax consultants. · Update statutory matters with management and consultants. · File delivery notes, work complete report, expense vouchers etc. · Manage all payments and receipts as per company T&C. · Prepare and submit payable and receivable report regularly. · Coordinate client advance and payment collection as per schedule. · Periodic reconciliation of ledger accounts, and bank accounts. · Preparation of monthly MIS report and submit report to management.
