Project Operations Manager

As a suitable candidate for this position, you must hold a BTech or Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in interior project management, Estimation, and Coordination. Your technical skills should include a solid understanding of MS Excel, MS Word, and CAD. In terms of soft skills, you should possess excellent communication abilities, strong attention to detail, and effective sales skills. Proficiency in languages such as Malayalam, English, and Hindi is also required for this role. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with marketing teams to comprehend project scope, preparing detailed estimations encompassing material, labor, and installation costs, and coordinating with project supervisors to take site measurements. It will be essential to ensure timely delivery of 3D designs along with material specifications, as well as preparing and collecting sales orders from clients and placing work orders accordingly. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, planning dispatches from the factory, managing logistics, and overseeing goods" reception at the warehouse. Coordination with the project Incharge to deliver goods at client sites as per the plan is another crucial aspect of this role. You will also be expected to engage with customers, clients, and architects visiting showrooms, and maintain positive client relationships by providing progress updates. Additionally, your duties will include collecting work completion reports, handing over sites to clients, and obtaining Satisfaction Reports, Google Reviews, and Facebook Reviews. It will be essential to maintain project documentation, including sales orders, designs, modifications, etc. Staying abreast of market trends, new materials, and industry standards is also a key part of this position.
