Project Operations Manager

As an Interior Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the successful management and coordination of interior projects. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing teams to understand project scope, preparing detailed estimations, coordinating with project supervisors, and ensuring timely delivery of 3D designs with material specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing and collecting sales orders, maintaining project schedules, planning dispatch from the factory, managing logistics, and coordinating deliveries at client sites. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project scope - Prepare detailed estimations, including material, labor, and installation costs - Coordinate with project supervisor and take site measurements - Ensure timely delivery of 3D designs with material specifications - Prepare and collect sales orders from clients and place work orders - Maintain project schedule calendar - Plan dispatch from the factory, manage logistics, and ensure goods are received at the warehouse - Coordinate with project Incharge and deliver goods at client sites as per the plan - Attend customers, clients, architects visiting the showroom - Maintain a good relationship with the client and provide progress updates - Collect work completion reports and handover sites to clients - Ask for and collect Satisfaction Reports, Google Reviews, and Facebook Reviews - Maintain project documentation including sales orders, designs, and modifications - Keep up with market trends, new materials, and industry standards Qualifications Required: - Education: Any BTech/ Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma - Experience: 3 years of work experience in interior project management, estimation, and coordination - Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, CAD - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, sales skills - Languages: Malayalam, English, Hindi Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment, a performance bonus, and a morning shift schedule.
