Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries including Sales, Purchase, Journal Vouchers (JV), GSTR, TDS, and Import transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in accounting software
• Prepare and send emails to clients regarding accounts, queries, or documentation
• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and reconciliations
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities
• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, etc.)
• Good communication skills for client coordination
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
