Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant, responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting, ensuring tax compliance, coordinating audits, analyzing financial data for trends and variances, identifying process improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also perform other accounting-related tasks as required by management. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, experience in accounting or finance, proficiency in accounting software like Tally, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines are essential.
