Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank, Journal Entries).
Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
Vendor reconciliation and customer outstanding monitoring.
Assist in costing and inventory valuation for TMT Bars and raw materials (sponge iron, billets, scrap, etc.).
Taxation & Compliance
Filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
Support statutory and internal audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Inventory & Production Accounting
Monitor stock register (raw materials, semi-finished, and finished TMT Bars).
Maintain records of consumption, wastage, and yield analysis.
Work closely with the production team for cost optimization.
Payables & Receivables
Prepare and process vendor payments.
Track customer payments and follow up for collections.
Maintain ageing reports for debtors and creditors.
Other Responsibilities
Support management in CAPEX/ROI calculations.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Coordination with banks for LC, CC limits, and fund management.
