Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle the day-to-day financial operations of our interior design company. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, managing payments, and supporting project-based accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily accounting entries and records using Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks Prepare and send invoices to clients; track receivables and follow up on payments Handle vendor payments and maintain proper reconciliation Track project-wise expenses, budgets, and profitability Manage petty cash and employee reimbursements Coordinate with internal teams for billing, procurement, and financial reporting Assist with payroll calculations and related entries Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management Maintain organized filing of all financial documents and statements Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the interior design or service industry Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
