Job Description

We’re Hiring: Accountant

We’re looking for an
Accountant
with 4+ years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and multi-country tax filings. This is a full-time role based in our
Bhopal office
.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns (India).
Handle payroll, statutory filings, and internal audits.
Support accounting and tax preparation for US and Canada, including:
Bookkeeping in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, etc.
Sales tax/GST/HST filings (as applicable).
Familiarity with 1099s, W-2s, T4s, and year-end processes.
Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with India, US, and Canadian accounting standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting.
4+ years of experience in accounting (India & USA).
Working knowledge of India, US, and Canadian accounting standards.
Proficiency in accounting tools: Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, etc.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
