Accountant & Tax Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant & Tax Consultant Faculty to train students in accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and related practical concepts. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, practical industry experience, and a passion for teaching offline (classroom-based).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline lectures on topics such as:
• Financial Accounting
• Tally / ERP Software
• Direct & Indirect Taxes (Income Tax, GST, TDS)
• Payroll and Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
• Tax Return Filing (ITR, GST Returns, TDS Returns)
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments.
• Guide students through real-life accounting and taxation scenarios.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with latest tax laws, accounting standards, and software updates.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for scheduling, attendance, and student progress reports.
• Assist in conducting workshops, revision lectures, and mock tests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• Professional qualification preferred: CA (Inter), CMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–5 years of industry experience in accounting or taxation.
• Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Excel / Accounting software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
• Time management and classroom control.

Salary / Compensation:

• As per experience and qualification (Hourly / Monthly basis).

Academic Head / Center Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
