Accounts Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Accounting Shiksha Faculty to train students in practical accounting concepts and industry-relevant skills. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and mentoring students to become job-ready accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and/or online lectures for Accounting Shiksha courses
• Teach practical accounting concepts including:
• Basic & Advanced Accounting
• Tally / Accounting Software
• GST basics and compliance
• Income Tax fundamentals
• Payroll, TDS & returns overview
• Provide hands-on practical training with real-life accounting examples
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, case studies, and assessments
• Evaluate student performance through tests and practical exams
• Guide students on accounting careers, compliance practices, and industry standards
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and batch progress reports
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth batch execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Practical exposure to accounting software (Tally / ERP preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and non-commerce students
• Student-focused approach with mentoring mindset

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500.00 per hour
