Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct offline classroom training sessions for students on Tally Prime (Accounting, GST, Payroll, Inventory Management, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Design and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, and practical assignments aligned with industry requirements.
• Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Clarify doubts and ensure interactive, student-centered teaching methods.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Tally Prime and MS Office to deliver current and practical knowledge.
• Prepare tests, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
• Maintain discipline, attendance records, and training reports.
• Support the academic team in developing training material, notes, and practice datasets.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime (including GST compliance, vouchers, accounts, payroll, inventory, and reporting).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel – advanced functions, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Commerce/Computer Applications/related field.
• Certification in Tally Prime and/or MS Office (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience in Tally and MS Office.
• Freshers with strong knowledge and good communication skills may also apply.
