Position Overview:

We seek a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance with accounting principles, and support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and a strong background in accounting practices. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally software.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense reports.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant with a strong background in financial management.
• Proficiency in Tally software is essential.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant accounting degree or certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
