Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers.
• Support in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Help with bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks.
• Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Maintain and organize accounting files and documents.
• Handle petty cash and assist in managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide administrative support to the accounts team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Assist with the preparation of tax-related documents and reports.
• Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
