Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant + Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations as well as manage store inventory and coordination. This is a dual-role position requiring multitasking skills and ownership. Accounting Duties: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions (sales, expenses, purchases). Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Maintain petty cash and bank reconciliations. Prepare invoices, bills, and other financial documents. Coordinate with CA for audits and tax compliance. Handle UPI/POS/Online transactions and records. Store Management Duties: Manage inventory – stock in/out records, stock level alerts. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for stock procurement. Handle order dispatches and logistics coordination. Maintain proper storage and labeling of goods. Manage incoming & outgoing product data with accuracy. Supervise helpers/workers in the store, if any. 🎯 Skills Required: Inventory management and order tracking. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Good communication and coordination skills. Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
