Job Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and ledger entries.
• Handle invoicing, billing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
• Prepare and manage GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA firms, and tax consultants.
• Maintain payroll records in coordination with HR and payroll systems.
• Track inventory and costing in coordination with operations team.
• Manage petty cash and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and supplier/vendor accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial records and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com/M.Com or related)
• Experience in Tally, Zoho Books, myBillBook, or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules
• Working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and integrity in financial documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Ayurvedic or Personal Care sector
• Knowledge of Payroll or similar tools
• Experience in managing accounting for eCommerce platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
