Accountant

Shop Concept And Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing company specializing in customized showroom fixtures, premium furniture manufacturing, and civil interior work. We work across retail, residential, commercial, and specialized segments, focusing on design, quality, and timely delivery.

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure accuracy in records, and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting in Tally/Zoho Books/ERP).
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation.
• Prepare GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Manage payroll processing for factory workers and office staff.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for financial matters.
• Track cash flow, manage petty cash, and monitor expenses.
• Assist management with budget planning, cost control, and MIS reports.
• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for client payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of proven accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing/contracting company).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
