Role Overview

We are hiring an Accountant for full-time roles based in New Delhi. This role involves maintaining financial records, preparing reports, managing accounts, and supporting the organization's internal financial and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·      Managing day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.

·      Preparation of vouchers, invoices, and maintaining expense records.

·      Handling TDS, GST filings, and other statutory compliances.

·      Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

·      Assisting in internal audits and coordination with external auditors.

·      Managing payroll records and reimbursements.

·      Handling petty cash and bank reconciliations.

Essential Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or equivalent; ICWA qualified candidates and additional certifications (e.g., Tally, GST) preferred.

·      3 years of relevant accounting experience.

·      Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.

·      Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements like GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

·      Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

·      Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
