Job Role & Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Management: Accurately record and process all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, journals, and other financial records in a systematic and organized manner.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally software proficiently to manage all accounting operations, including data entry, report generation, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
MUST know and have hands-on experience with Tally software.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
