We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1 year of hands-on experience, a B.Com degree, and solid working knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and assisting in statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records using Tally
Record and process journal entries, sales, purchases, and expense vouchers
Prepare and manage GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts
Assist in invoice generation, payment follow-up, and billing
Monitor daily cash flow and handle petty cash accounting
Coordinate with external auditors and support during audit processes
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records

Candidate Requirements:

B.Com graduate (Commerce background is mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting role
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Familiarity with MS Excel and other basic accounting tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Exposure to internal audits or external audits
Experience in managing vendor payments and receivables
Basic knowledge of inventory and stock accounting

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
