Site Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision, quality control, and execution of civil works in accordance with the project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site activities and labor.
• Ensure work is executed as per the approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering staff to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures are followed at all times.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of site activities.
• Assist in planning and sequencing of construction operations.
• Communicate project status, issues, and timelines to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant on-site experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering practices and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in field conditions and travel to different site locations as required.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
