We are seeking a motivated Civil Site Engineer with hands-on experience in executing site works as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all civil works at site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress against schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect material quality and workmanship to maintain desired construction standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower deployment, and material consumption records.
• Resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with design and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction site execution.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting civil drawings.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer and AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
