Accountant - Receivables

As an Accountant specializing in Receivables at our organization, your role will involve managing company receivables with precision and efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, preparing and sending invoices to clients, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for financial reporting. Your expertise will be essential in contributing to the optimization of cash flow, timely collection of accounts, and the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the company's accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate record-keeping. - Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner. - Maintain detailed financial records for auditing and reporting purposes. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Develop systems for prompt billing and efficient account collections. - Prepare regular reports on receivables for management decision-making. - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to accounts receivable collections. - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
