About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with practical knowledge of Tally Prime and Zoho Books, along with a clear understanding of taxation and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Kanpur facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements
• File GST, TDS, and handle other statutory compliances
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable/receivable
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial clarity
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Inventory and cost tracking for manufacturing operations

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field (M.Com preferred)
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (manufacturing/export industry preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in inventory/cost accounting
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and billing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
