Role Accountant & Operations Associate Location Gurugram, India (on-site) Description tensorfox is a high-performance trading firm operating across global crypto and traditional markets. We’re hiring an Accountant & Operations Associate to manage both financial workflows and trading operations. This is a role for someone with strong attention to detail , a structured mindset, and a high standard for neatness and accuracy. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean books, reconciling trades, and liaising with third parties — all while keeping internal operations smooth and professionally documented. If you’re reliable, organized, and like producing clean, accurate work, this is a chance to take real ownership inside a fast-moving trading firm. The Mission Maintain accurate books, ledgers, payroll, and monthly closes. Reconcile trades, balances, and P&L across exchanges, wallets, and internal systems. Liaise with prime brokers, exchanges, fund admins, and auditors to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Keep internal trackers, statements, and reports well-organized and audit-ready. Assist with compliance, documentation, and internal process upkeep. Spot inconsistencies early and solve them independently, with precision. The Skills and Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or fund administration. Solid grasp of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and reconciliation practices. Experience working with third parties — especially financial or trading institutions. Proficient with Excel/Sheets and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho). Strong attention to detail — you double-check your work and take pride in precision. Clear communicator, neat with documentation, and organized in file management. Bonus: Experience with crypto exchanges or financial trade data. Bonus: Able to work with exported CSVs or basic reporting automation. The Compensation Base Salary: $25,000 – 30,000 USD per year (depending on experience) Bonuses: Discretionary This is a high-trust, detail-critical role at the core of our operations.
