Accountant

You will be joining our team as an Account Executive in the Accounts department based in Pattikalyana, Samalkha, Panipat, Haryana. Your primary responsibilities will include bookkeeping, data entry, reconciliation of financial records, expense management, and providing administrative support to the team. In terms of bookkeeping, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the general ledger. Your duties will also involve reconciling bank statements, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and resolving any accounting discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will review and process employee expense reports, assist in monitoring company budgets, and stay updated on financial policies and regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field along with at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related role. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be willing to commute or relocate as needed. A CA-Inter certification is preferred.
