Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, financial record-keeping, and statutory compliance for our projects. The candidate will work closely with the finance and project teams to ensure proper documentation, GST/TDS compliance, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP or other software).
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Manage project-wise expenses and revenue accounting.
• Prepare GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project-wise cost sheets.
• Assist auditors in finalization of accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation for loans, advances, and inter-project transactions.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–7 years of experience as an Accountant (preferably in real estate / construction sector).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.

• Good command over Tally ERP
• MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)

• Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal teams

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate’s experience
