We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and preparing journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, expense forms, and payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Perform bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
Support with audit preparation and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records and documents.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
