Export/Import Documentation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing, verifying, and maintaining all documentation related to import and export shipments. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and coordinating with clients, shipping lines, customs, and internal teams for smooth movement of goods. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, verify, and process all import/export documents such as Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, LC documentation, etc. - Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents to facilitate the movement of goods. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. - Maintain proper records of all shipment-related documents. - Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status. - Assist in resolving any documentation or shipment-related discrepancies. - Support the logistics and operations team as needed. Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience as an Export and Import Documentation Specialist. - Proficiency in English language. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
