Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are a reputed Builder & Developer seeking a skilled and practical Interior Designer to manage and execute interior design activities across our residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with our architecture, civil, and project management teams to deliver aesthetic, functional, and cost-effective interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare interior layouts, concepts, and working drawings as per project scope.
• Work with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and site execution.
• Supervise interior fit-outs including flooring, false ceiling, modular fittings, wall finishes, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for material selection, quality checks, and timely delivery.
• Manage material approvals, BOQs, and budgets as per company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
• Ensure interiors are aligned with overall project vision and marketing goals.
• Assist in designing sample flats, show units, or marketing flats for sales purpose.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and market rates
• Experience in coordinating with site engineers, civil contractors, and vendors
• Knowledge of real estate project timelines and delivery standards
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on execution capability
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in builder or construction-based interior projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
