Manage material approvals, BOQs, and budgets as per company standards. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Ensure interiors are aligned with overall project vision and marketing goals. Assist in designing sample flats , show units , or marketing flats for sales purpose. The candidate will work closely with the finance and project teams to ensure proper documentation, GST/TDS compliance, and accurate reporting. Key Responsibilities: Maintain books of accounts (Tally/ERP or other software). Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Manage project-wise expenses and revenue accounting. Prepare GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory returns. Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accounts payable/receivable. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and project-wise cost sheets. Assist auditors in finalization of accounts. Maintain proper documentation for loans, advances, and inter-project transactions.
