Job Description: Accountant Position Title: Accountant Company Name: MDX INDIA Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and responsible accountant to accurately manage all our company's financial transactions, billing, and data. The person in this role will be responsible for controlling all bills, input out, and financial data. Key Responsibilities: * Billing and Payments: Checking and recording all incoming and outgoing bills and ensuring timely payments. * Data Management: Preparing and updating all financial transaction data in the system. * Bank and Transaction Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling bank statements and identifying any discrepancies. * Record Keeping: Keeping all financial records, such as bills, receipts, and invoices, organised and secure. * Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly reports based on the company's financial data. * Compliance: Ensuring all financial activities and records comply with government regulations and company policies. Required Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting. * Experience: 2-3 years of experience. * Knowledge: Good knowledge of accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks). * Skills: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work within deadlines.
