Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 1 year of experience to manage daily financial operations and support overall accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial activities and transactions.
Maintain and update accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Handle GST filing and TDS deductions with accurate documentation and timely submission.
Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Reconcile bank statements and address financial discrepancies.
Prepare periodic financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Collect payments from clients and conduct regular follow-ups for pending payments.
Ensure timely statutory payments and filings as per government regulations.
Support internal and external audits with required reports and documentation.
Coordinate with clients and other departments on financial matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
Good knowledge of GST filing, TDS regulations, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP system).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Good communication skills and client coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
