Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and conducting audits. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, budgeting, financial forecasting, and providing reports to management. The Accountant will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting
• Proficiency in Auditing, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements
• Skilled in Financial Software and Accounting Tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
