We are a trusted and growing company in the field of CCTV camera installation and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), serving both residential and commercial clients. With a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage daily accounting records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices for clients and follow up on payments.
Maintain AMC billing schedules and ensure timely renewals.
Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.
Handle GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Coordinate with the auditor for financial audits.
Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2+ years of experience in accounting (preferred, but freshers with strong skills may apply).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities.
