Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s financial decision-making. The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, and assisting with audits, tax filings, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Process payroll and maintain employee expense records (if applicable).
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Provide management with accurate financial reports for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
