Accountant

Working Hours: 12 PM - 8 PM (Monday - Saturday)

We are a growing women’s ethnicwear manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, contemporary ethnic fashion nationwide. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Tally software to handle our financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records using Tally ERP.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliations.
• Record sales, purchase, and inventory transactions in Tally.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing & reporting.
• Handle petty cash management and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS reports to support management with financial insights.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor expenses and cost allocations relevant to manufacturing operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• Proven work experience (2–5 years preferred) as an Accountant, ideally in a manufacturing or apparel/garment industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing accounting, stock & inventory reconciliation.
• Familiarity with costing for garments/textiles.
